Signatures and Templates not getting applied to new emails

Hello,
The signatures and templates that I had created suddenly stopped working for new emails.
Normally, when I used to create a new email or a email reply, the template and the signatures would automatically get applied to the new email but that doesn’t seem to be the case any more.
I have already checked if the signatures and templates are set to the specific email address in Menu>Settings>Mail>Templates and Signatures.

Does anyone have any idea what’s going on here? Help would be appreciated.

One possibility is if you have the same account setup twice, or an alias, in eM Client and you have assigned the templates and signatures to only one of them. When you use the other account, it won’t have the settings. In that scenario you will need to assign them to all the accounts/aliases where you want them to be used.
