Hi,
Is there no way to get this text format better? It is so basic and crap. Sometimes it doesn’t even want to “step down” to secondary level numbers or bullets. This is very poor. Can you please get this to a more professional level?
Thank you!

Hey @ETbic
I am not sure exactly what you mean, please give:
1./ Your version of eMC
2./ Your OS and version
3./ A screenshot to illustrate
if you would like some help.

emClient version = 10.4.4209 (d96494b)
Windows 11 Pro version 25H2
Very limited options…
I am using bullets and numbering within email bodies extensively. Your system is VERY limited. for example numbering doesn’t include say:
1.1)
1.1.1)
Yours are just:
1)
1)
1)
Then sometimes using various bullets it will randomly not indent if you try and indent a section higher up in the paragraph. Just just it a bit and you’ll see.
Copy and paste previous bulleted parts also cause weird formatting where there’s now double spacing between lines.

Hey @ETbic
Strange as it works for me
Also you are not using the latest version of eMC
You can download HERE
It is always good policy to Backup (Menu/Backup)
and shut down eMC before update.
¡Buena suerte!

Yes using Mac V10.4.4867 in html format compose window, i can replicate that after pasting previously bulleted or numbered sections with text on the right of them, if i copy and paste that further down in the email “the bullet or number is gone on the left of the text” and “there is a double space in between the text” as in the example screenshot below. Replicated this over and over.
The only way ive been able to fix it is after copying the bulleted or numbered section is to eg:
“right click paste as text” which then removes the space in-between the text. Then select the text and click the bullet or number icon which adds them back and also moves the text to the right position again. But obviously we shouldn’t have to do that. It should just paste normally.
So there is some issue that doesn’t paste correctly when using bullets or numbers.
I understand few emClient users then doesn’t really make use to the numbering and bullets systems, because otherwise there would have been a lot of complaints. It is really lacking at this day and age. Numbering system that doesn’t even step down, for example:
1.1)
1.1.1)
