When I answer threads, sometimes the sent email also show in draft and sent, but in draft it’s marked as unread (count). When I look in the draft, the hole thread is showing, but not black as if it had been unread. It cannot be deleted. I have tried to turn off threads, then draft is empty. When I turn it on again it still is showing sent email, but just a few, not all.

It started out as seeing multiple drafts being saved and that doesn’t seem to happen anymore, but I’m seeing that sometimes threads (Conversations) appear in Drafts, showing the Inbox and Sent items even though there aren’t any draft messages for that thread anymore.
Yes, but how to get rid of them, have 7 now, not all gets undeletable draft. They don’t exists on office web.

So far, a solution proposed by VIP Support recently has worked, I’m very pleased to say. Performing updates to new builds, rebuilding mailboxes, and more had not been successful. I was noticing, however, that two different machines, running the same version of eM Client, were seeing different numbers of draft messages. One was the same as seen through webmail (accessing Outlook via a browser) but one was seeing dozens more.
The solution was to add a second, identical account to test and when it was set up, it had the correct number of drafts. I was then able to disable (or remove) the old account and keep all the same eM Client settings. To disable the original account, I had to untick “Include when sending/receiving emails” but also untick “Exchange Web Services”. Until I disabled EWS, it didn’t seem to fully disable.
So perhaps try adding your account again (as a second account) and see if that second one looks correct. Be aware the combined Drafts folder (at the top, in Favorites) will tally the number of draft messages from both accounts until you remove or disable one.
Thanks for trying, but this is too much work for me. This account have several folders added, so it will take forever to reconstruct, but thanks anyhow, I only have 7 so far, and it looks as it have stopped. Now I have a red triangle after the account, as in no connection, mut it works, and the inbox has no triangle.
