I noticed that in the Microsoft Store version of eM Client the shortcut for archiving messages does not appear in the top shortcuts menu, although it has been regularly added in “Customize”. I’m forced to use “Move to Folder”. Is there a way to fix it?

The Archive button will only be there for email accounts where server-side archiving is supported.
Either your server doesn’t support it, or maybe you are in a folder that doesn’t support server-side archiving like Trash or Junk or the Archive folder itself.
In Outlook Web Access the “Archive” button is there with this account. The account in eM Client is set up in Exchange, I can’t make it work in IMAP although it can work normally in Outlook 365
