Is there a single shortcut for “Mark select mail as read, then go to the next message”?

Hello, not quite sure what you’re referring to, unfortunately I’m afraid there’s no option like that. You can however use CTRL+Q/CTRL+U for marking messages as Read/Unread.

Thanks Paul. I’d like to submit this as a feature suggestion: Have a single shortcut that marks an email as read and immediately goes to the next one.
Many other major mail clients have this: Thunderbird, Opera Mail, Mailbird.
