This does not work. When I go to a photo on my iPhone and want to share it via eMClient, nothing happens. I had to reinstall the mail app.
Using the latest eM Client V10.2.1465 & iOS 18.3 if I open a picture on the iPhone and use the share icon in the apple photos app, I can click the 3 dots at the far right of the share programs and then scroll down and select eM Client it opens eM Client and the pictures attached perfectly.
So if you are already doing that with the latest mobile app, then maybe first (if you haven’t already) power cycle your iPhone and if still not launching eM Client, then you might need to uninstall and reinstall the mobile app again.

Sorry, it does not work in V10.2.1455 under iOS 18.3. Please prove that the bug has been fixed.
This works perfectly on my iPhone (with the latest iOS)!
