I notice that my emails are either going to “All Mail” or “Important” but not “Inbox”. They should go to inbox… is there some default configuration that needs to be adjusted?
Your messages will only appear in the Inbox if they have the Inbox label assigned to them by GMail. Go to the web interface for your account, and look at the label on a message that should be in Inbox but isn’t.
