My OS is Window 8.1, is that not support yet? or my exchange server not support this Window OS?
Hi Eric, eM Client only supports Exchange 2007 with SP1 installed and later.
However if you’re having issues with setting up your account, the error suggests you’re not using the correct credentials for login.
What version of eM Client are you currently using?
