When i exported settings and imported them into a new database the font sizes for email compose and lists were lost.
I have noticed that before. Export settings to xml does not include all settings for some reason. One thing you can try is with eM Client closed, copy C:\Users[username]\AppData\Roaming\eM Client\settings.dat from one database to another.
