Setting up email to Exchange Server

We have email through Network Solutions with their hosted exchange server. And for an email client we have been using Office 365.

Recently, MSFT chose to disable Exchange Server as a provider on Outlook on Office365. So my wife’s ability to get to her email has been restricted to OWA. Which works but is clunky.

I am trying to set up her account using manual account setup on eM Client. The Automatic setup emphatically didn’t work. I am trying to use the manual setup, but I am not getting connection.

Network Solutions uses an exchange server called COLLABORATION and her account name that they generated on that is kyra864. (They appended the number).

I have been trying to plug that into the setup on eM Client and it is not, so far, working.

Please advise.
