How do I change the font SIZE so that it remains and does not revert to the old font size?
I have tried everything that I can see but still when I begin a new e-mail the PREVIOUS FONT SIZE IS STARING AT ME!! mOST ANNOYING INDEED!!
You set the default font in Menu > Settings > Mail > Compose > Preferred Style. Once that is done, click on Save & Close.
However, if you are using a template, that will overwrite the preferred style with whatever is specified in the template.

I’ve changed my preferred font size from Arial 12 to Arial 11, exactly in the manner described by Gary. It’s now shown as Arial 11 in Settings but when I compose emails it’s still Arial 12.
This is on my Windows 10 desktop computer, and I’m not using a template. Any idea where I’m going wrong, please?
Nothing changes… The ONLY solution is to re-set the text from tiny to readable every time you send an email
