As the subject suggests, how do you set the default “reply-to” email address for a particular email account?

The response is made with the account on which it was sent.
I don’t believe that can be changed.
It is possible to change it in the response by clicking on the arrow next to this sender’s address

As far as I know there is no facility in eMC to specify a reply-to address that
is different from the sent-by address as there is in for instance The Bat!
As @Ekalb you can change the address when you are replying but I am not
sure if that is what you mea.

That changes the From address, not the Reply-to address.
There is an option to change the Reply-to address, but it needs to be done manually for each message you send.
Before you send the message, go to Menu > Message > Reply to address. You can either select from one of your other accounts or aliases, or use a custom reply-to address.
Note that the message will still come from your normal address, but when the recipient clicks on Reply, it will go to the specified one instead.

they wanted to know if there is a default setting.

My question too! I have to change email providers, and in the interim I want a default reply-to address of the new email, set up for every email I send, not to manually add it. I paid for the upgrade from free, thinking I would get normal facilities like this, but am disappointed.
