Hello, I am really enjoying the EM Client. The one problem I’m having is the alert (Server says “Unauthorized”) keeps popping up on my exchange account. I have the correct user name and password entered. I’ve seen people mention this in the forum but I was wondering if you had a fix? I want to purchase the pro license but I can’t live with this alert popping up all of the time. Let me know. Thank you!
This is because your email account is hosted on a Microsoft server, and the email provider no longer accepts username/password logins.
Then, if the server is not accepting your credentials, you will need to ask the server admin for assistance.
