Server says "LOGIN failed"

I have been trying to install the Pro 30 days trial. I forgot my password for the old version I had. How can I change to a new password. Keep receiving the following ERROR message:
Server says “LOGIN failed”.

the eM Client trial does not have any login on its own, if you lost your password for your email account (or any type of account) you need to reset it with the provider of that account.
