Greetings, I am doing the initial setup and my company email has specific server requirements. Is there a place to put in port 995 for the incoming pop3 server, and 587 for outgoing? Also we require the type of encryption to be TLS. Are these settings available with EM Client?
Hello Mike,
first go to Menu>Tools>Accounts.
Open New Account window.
Instead of automatic setup go to Mail>Other
Setup your account as POP, don’t worry about the security policy or ports, if the test config fails, skip it.
After the account is setup, you can go to the POP and SMTP tabs separately to choose which Security policy and port you need, if the autodiscover ones aren’t correct.
