My email provider (Easyspace) deleted ALL my emails from the server.
(At Least that’s what I assume?)
as a result, EM Client has deleted ALL my mails from my inbox.
Is there any way to recover / get them back?

Have you been backing up your eMC database, via eMC backup?
Unfortunately, No
Never had any issues like this before in several years of use.
So I guess they are gone?..
Have you inquired of Easyspace if they have backups?
Perhaps other users will have some ideas, but it appears to me that without any backups you have created or ones your web host may have created, the emails are gone.
