Sequence of emails

I have a situation I can’t resolve.
I had the em client on my old PC, and everything was fine.
When I switched to a new PC, every time I received an email in response to something, the em client creates a new email instead of grouping it.
For example: Let’s say my client replied to me four times; the app creates four new emails instead of arranging them in the order of the old ones.
Does anyone know what’s going on?

You need to change to “Conversation view” which groups messages.

Go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Mail / Conversations” and enable “Show conversations in all views” as per the example screenshot below from the online documentation
