Sequence contains no elements

I am so fed up with EMClient. every time there is an update it stops downloading in one of my email addresses. I am not a computer ‘bod’ so no idea what this means:
16:18:19 [IMAP] System.InvalidOperationException: Sequence contains no elements

I’ve tried the usual confirming the ports are correct and still nothing. I havent been able to use EMC for two days now.

Anyone have any ideas?

I think this was fixed in recent versions. What version of eM Client are you using? (Menu > Help > About)

red triangle has appeared again and refresh is going round and round. My other non main email address is downloading fine.

The red triangle has gone but the refresh keeps going round and round and round and round and…!

Go into operations and I can see the system is trying to synchronise but not getting anywhere.
