sent test messages didn’t receive in em client.

I have 2 email accounts I monitor. As currently set, one account as default, em Client to automatically check for emails every 5 minutes, the other account I only want to check manually. I’ve sent test emails to each account and don’t see the test emails in inboxes after desired preferences occurred.
Next to both inboxes only see 3 dots.
