I cannot import the “sent” folder from Thunderbird. Every other folder was imported into eM Client with no problems. Any suggestions?
I am using Windows 7 Home Premium with Service Pack 1. eM Client version 4.0.15145.0. Mozilla Thunderbird version 3.1.6.
it has been already fixed in our internal version, but until it is released, you can try this workaround:
- Press File - Import - Import from MBox file
- Click Browse and find your profile, it should be saved here: C:\Users%CurrentUser%\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\YourProfile\ open it and choose “Sent” file to import. This “Sent” file should be here: C:\Users%CurrentUser%\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\YourProfile\ImapMail\mail.domain.com\
