SENT folder remains empty - not sychronizing

have installed ver 6 several times (uninstall/install) but cant seem to make the SENT folder work. Dowmloads only the Inbox - all other folders not downloading/synchronizing

Hi, what email account provider and protocol do you use?

I didn’t post this problem, but I have the same issue. My email account holder is charter.net and I don’t know exactly what protocol is…is it pop3?

POP3 can’t synchronize sent emails from the server, you will have to switch to IMAP.

I tried both POP3 & IMAP - no joy.
