I have 2 accounts under EmClient, one Gmail and one Outlook. The Gmail works ok but any email I try sending from my Outlook goes straight into Outbox and never get sent. I can receive into Outlook ok. I have read something about needing AirSync (which is Enabled). Do I need to change the IMAP or SMTP settings for Airsync? My present settings are: imap-mail.outlook.com on Port 993 with SSL/TLS on special port (legacy) and smtp-mail.outlook.com on Port 587 with Force usage of SSL/TLS. All was fine on my old laptop running W10, I now have a new laptop with W11. This problem seems to have only risen since updating EmClient to Version 10 and subsequently 10.0.3447. Any other thoughts/ideas would be appreciated.
I had the same issue - deleting and recreating the Outlook account fixed it. See if you have the error I had in the log… Outlook.com account can't send
