Sent emails coming in Inbox as well

Hi,
I have configured a gmail account today & found that whenever I am sending emails to anyone, I got a copy of same in Inbox as well as in Sent folder, this is unusual as the sent emails should go in sent folder only not in inbox, also if I delete the inbox mail it removed from sent item as well.

Yes i also have this problem too. I don’t know if its the V7 Client bug, as i didn’t notice it in V6. The conversation view is not enabled, so i don’t know what’s causing it.

I have also removed my Gmail account and Re-Added it today and same problem. I cannot find any way to Stop the sent or replied emails from showing in the Inbox. I have V 7.0.27943.0

I found the fix for Sent messages appearing in your Inbox using EMClient V7.x with a Gmail account.

Open EMClient and go into Settings. Then go to Mail / Send and you will see a check box that says - Save copy of sent messages in Sent Folder. Remove this tick and click Apply and Ok. Then close and reopen EMClient. No more sent messages in the inbox.

Note:- You stil see the sent messages in the sent box, just it never then puts copies in the Inbox.

As for Sanjay, I believe the solution would simply be to turn off Conversations - in Menu -> View -> Conversations -> choose Disable Conversations.
