We have 10+ users using eMClient. We want the sent box to be sorted so that the most recent sent message appears at the top of the message list. One of our users does not have this option in the drop-down list like the rest of us have. How can we get the ‘sort by sent’ option visible?

The Sort option includes only the items in the right-hand column configuration box.
Right click on the column headings in the Sent folder, select Column configuration
Sent should appear in the right-hand box, if not, move it there, then select it and position it.
