Since TalkTalk upgraded my webmail I have had a few problems. Someone at TalkTalk’s Community suggested changing my account settings, and the new ones worked to allow me to receive incoming mail, but aren’t letting me send any messages out. There is no error message I can see. The messages just seem to reach the Outbox and stay there. Replies and outgoing messages from the TT web interface work normally, and ironically immediately show up as Sent in eMClient. Would screenshotting my account settings give anyone any ideas?

I would contact Talk Talk technical support “as to what the smtp setting should now be” and then check your eM Client accounts smtp setting. Sounds like they could have new mail client smtp settings.
If they are the same after speaking with them, then post your current eM CIient smtp settings “Server address, Port & Security policy” in this thread so we can see if there is any problems with them. Blank out any personal info.
