Sending mail using Bcc

Is anyone having a problem sending email useing the Bcc (Blind carbon copy). I get a spam warning as soon as I click send. I have been trying to work with my ISP but getting no where. Just asking to see if anyone else is having this problem after an update to see if it’s with eMClent or with my ISP. Every thing worked fine a few months back.
Thanks

Hey @camper

Just checked cc & Bcc using:
Windows 10 & 11 Pro
with
eMC v10.3.2619.0 & v10.1.4588.0 & v9.2.2307.0

All without any issues.

¡Buena suerte!

I also have no problems sending BCC’s with the latest V10 on PC or Mac.

If your unable to send BCCs “that’s usually to do with your sending mail server or ISP you send mail through”. But there is an alternate way you can send them as per @Gary advised in his post below from following thread.

https://forum.emclient.com/t/bcc-problems-it-doesnt-work/47139/8

Quote extract from the above post.

“There is a workaround if you cannot get BCC working, and that is to send the email using the mass mail feature. To do that, if you have a paid Pro, Personal or Business version, you add all the recipients in the To field, and then select Send as mass mail. That creates an individual email for each recipient, and has other benefits like personalizing each email. Not as clean, but at least all the recipients won’t be seen by each other”

Thanks Skybot. The work around by Gary does not work. What I send at times is when I’m reading a web page and want to send an article from it I copy a link to it in my browser and then open a new email and paste it in the body and then use Bcc to send so all will not see address. The TO field will send and the Bc field will also. Just the Bcc field will not. That seems to tell me that that there is an error in the Bcc program that will not send a link and not my ISP.

Hey @camper

OK so I just carried out another set of tests following your procedure
and I still do not have any issues using my above.
Do you have this issue with a particular site or is it random sites?
If a particular site send it to me and I will test using the link.

¡Buena suerte!

Thanks for trying all sending ways Skybat. I have nailed it down to my ISP. They have changed somthing because I had no problem sending a link before. It will not send using mass mailing also. They just don’t likr links in emails. Will keep working with them to fix it. My cable service is Astound which seems very hard to work with.
