I am having a problem sending an email, It will not send because there is spam in the body and there isn’t
I also get this issue with eM Client, a message is returned by MS servers saying recipient rejected it because of spam. Very annoying. If you send the same message in using Outlook, it works.
With mine it won’t send it because i’ve got spam in the body of the mail.
Sometimes emails can also be rejected due to “words found in the header or subject” apart from the message body.
You can “right click” on the email message either in the message list or message body to view the source code as in the below example.
Note: If you have Conversation view enabled you might need to temporarily disable that if you don’t see those view header or view source options.
Thanks for the responses, seems to be a hit and miss situation, only occurs maybe 1 in 20 emails.
