Sending from stuck in Outbox

Hi all,

Just upgraded to version 9.2.1222 and all emails being sent from my address are just sitting in the Outbox in Local Folders (no attachments, just a few lines of text). There are no errors in the Operations. No errors shown when diagnostics is turned on. Synchronizing folders appears to be working, looking at the Operation window. I’m using Windows Firewall and have turned this off, makes no difference.

The SMTP settings are as follows:

Port: 587
Security Policy: Force usage of SSL/TLS (have tried all options, makes no difference)

Can someone please help, as it was working fine on version 7?
