Sending Email, several show, how delete these

When I send an email to one or two people several possible emails show but cant find out how to delete those that are wrong now or not now used by the person.

Have looked in contacts and these do not show all the different email addresses

How can I ensure only the correct email shows now when put thier name in the to box.

Suggestions are offered from your contacts, recipient history and from your Sent folder.

You can manage the recipient history and disable the Sent folder suggestions in Menu > Settings > Mail > Compose > Email Address Suggestion.
