Sending email from Access drops some recipients - for some reason more than 3 bcc will cause the other email recipients to drop. Is there a setting to allow more bcc recipients?
Thanks!
Hi Andy, what version of eM Client are you currently using, can you make a screenshot of the issue?
Thank you,
Paul.
There is no screenshot of missing mail recipients (they aren’t there to illustrate). I tried making Outlook the default client again, and the Access database will populate the mail recipients without a problem. I go back to eM Client and sometimes none or only a few recipients will populate.
I am using the latest version of 6.0.20498.0
Thanks so much!
Andy
Hi Andy,
Can it be that one of your e-mail addresses in Microsoft Access is ‘malformed’?
Maybe eM Client stops accepting e-mail addresses as soon as it has detected an invalid e-mail address?
You’re right! Outlook will accept emails with the person’s name followed by brackets - e.g. Sample Jones [[email protected]]. eMClient stops when hitting anything other than [email protected].
Thanks so much for your help!
Andy
Glad that I could be of help!
Hi again, glad you’ve managed to resolve this issue, if you come across any other issues or questions about the application, let us know, we’ll be happy to help.
Thank you,
Paul.
One other quick question please: My incoming mail has a font problem that it is run together and doesn’t respond to the settings in the Tool section. Please advise what to do to fix this problem.
Also, searches for emails are very slow - much slower than Outlook.
Thanks again.
Andy
Hi Andy, can you make a screenshot of the font issue? And post it here?
When using the search does the “This operation may take a while” window appear? How long does it take before the search is finished?
Thank you,
Paul.
