I enjoy working with EM client for some months now. But now there’s a problem:
Since yesterday my outgoing mail doen’t go out. Sending fails due to an error "the extern server returned a mistake  anyone knows how to fix this (I’m not very good at this kind of things…)?

What version of eM Client are you currently using and what mail service provider are you using?

Now this morning the mails are travelling the way they should (out )
So it seems the problem is solved.
Could the ‘breakdown’ be caused by a ‘bulk’ mailing to 110 addresses?
(I don’t know if you’re still interested in a printscreen of the false anouncement? -> if yes -> how can I get one now the problem is solved?)
I’ve tried to figure out what version of EM Client I have but can’t find it.
this is the name of the folder:
“C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client\MailClient.exe”
It might be caused by this, the error you’ve received is a server based error, that means something you did was not accepted by the server.
So it should work fine unless this is a server issue or you perform a similar operation again.
The version number can be found in Help > About, but unless you’re still having issues with the app, we don’t need anymore.
