Sending e-mail failed: One or more recipients are invalid.

I am getting an error message: Sending e-mail failed due to the following error: One or more recipients are invalid.

I am unable to find the message creating the error as the outbox and drafts folder is empty.

The message in error is preventing other outgoing messages from being sent.

Please advise.

Hello James, can you maybe make a screenshot of the error and submit it to us here on the forum? The error should include more information about the folder the message might be located in.
Is it possible the message has been moved to your Trash folder and is now being moved on to the server Trash folder which still can’t accept the message?

Select the folder the message should be located in and try to Repair it, to repair the folder, right click the folder in the left pane and select Properties > Repair and click on the “Repair” button.

I am also facing the same issue. Tried the repair option but no change…
Error is “Sending email failed due to the following error: One or more recipients are invalid”. There is no other text to the error

After running repair, I see this error “Set action is invalid for property”

Hello Vinay,
when the issue reoccurrs, please copy the Log content of the third tab in the Operations window.
It should contain more information about the error.
