Sending a Template Email

Hi All,
I have created and saved a template email which I will use every month to re-order my Mums medications. Unfortunately I don’t know how to send the template email. Can anyone help, Please?

To select the template, click on down-arrow being pointed to with the red arrow, then click on MAIL right-arrow. This will display the templates, to the right, then click on your choice and your template will display.

Hi @sunriseal and @cyberzork,
I created also a template as .emlt file. How can I manage to see it in the menu shown above? I do not have the option to open this sub-menu either. Do I have to change some settings in the preferences?
