Send OK but does not receive Emails

I installed Em Latest version, bexchange uploaded contacts well but did not display any emails on the server, tried to send it is OK, what can be the reason for this please help

Hello Namir, are any messages available on the Exchange server? What version of eM client are you currently using or have installed, can you please check the release number in Help > About? Are you using any security software on your computer, that may have disabled the application’s ability to download these items?

Yes when I log through the web page there are a lot of new and old messaages

version is 6.022344

no security is enabled except for windows firewall

Hello Namir, can you please try to update your eM Client to this release and check if the issue persists, 6.0.22774.0 . If it does, please navigate to Tools > Settings > Advanced and enable the Exchange Web Services logging for the problematic account and save the settings.

Restart the application and perform repair on your Inbox folder, to repair the folder right click on the folder in the left pane and select Properties > Repair and click on the “Repair” button, wait for the application to finish the folder synchronisation and if no messages are synchronised, please send us the logging data by navigating back to the advanced settings window and by clicking on the “send logs” button.
