I want to add an HTML formatted template to my clients. I need an option where I can just copy the HTML code and send it to the client and the client will be able to see the code properly.

If I try this option, i.e, just sending the HTML code, the client receives only the HTML code, not the properly formatted HTML file.

I am aware of the Insert>HTML feature, but this I am using a software to compose my HTML, I would like to know if it is possible to send the email just by copying the HTML code, rather than using the Insert HTML option.

Hi, unfortunately it is not possible to directly add the HTML code, to send an HTML message, if you want to send HTML content to recipients you have to add the HTML using the Insert > HTML option.
