Send File Directly from Word

In Word Professional Plus 2019, when I do File -> Share -> email, I cannot get Word to redirect to eM Client, even though it is set as the default mail app for the system. When I click to send it as an email, nothing happens but I am told that I cannot close Word until the send command completes.

Is there a way to send these files via eM Client?

In your Windows default app settings scroll to the end and click on Set defaults by app.

Find eM Client in the list and click on Manage.

Make sure all the defaults are set to eM Client.

WEBCAL and WEBCALS can’t be changed, so just ignore them.
