Hi, eM client uses its own “Automatic archiving” function hidden in Tools - Settings - General - automatic archivation, it can be enforced to be one time only and it will store your data into local folders.
Gmail archivation is possible only for inbox folder which will move your email into “All mails” - you can see it when you click on Inbox folder that button “Archive” has appeared on toolbar.
