Select multiple Messages - Ctrl/Shift

I see you can click the ‘select’ mode to allow selection of multiple emails. But I want to just be able to select them normally via ctrl and shift similar to outlook by highlighting them in the email list window. Is this not possible?

Yes. Just do it that way.

Standard methods apply. Select one message, then using CTRL select another etc.

The CTRL/SHIFT only works if I go into ‘select mode’. I just want to do it from the regular view without entering the select mode. Is this possible?

Also when sorted by say ‘subject’ select mode is buggy as it doesn’t allow you to expand / close the group views. The > or V is frozen in that mode.

  1. Close and uninstall eM Client, making sure NOT to delete the database folder when asked. That will ensure all your data and settings are there later.

  2. If it exists, delete the C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client folder.

  3. Download and install the latest version from here: https://www.emclient.com/dist/latest/setup.msi

  4. Restart Windows and start eM Client.

Then try the selection again
