Hi,
How can I select default calendar in eM Client for iOS for some e-mail account? I have imap mail account and own DAV server for calendar and contacts. I can select default calendar for imap account in desktop version.
If I have selected it in desktop app I can receive calendar invites (ics), but I can not receive it in iOS app.
I have the same question. When I receive an invitation via email and accept it, the calendar event appears in my local calendar instead of my CalDAV calendar. Even if I hide or disable the local folders, the event still appears in the local calendar. I can’t find a way in the settings to set the default calendar for my email account. This is possible in the desktop version.
I had to make autodidcover for my mail and config there CalDAV and CardDAV. Now I have mail, caldav and carddav all in one account (not separate) and eM Client is saving my incoming ICS to caldav calendar.
This i solition for me. My e-mail is on my own domain and I have full access to webhosting… and I can create autodiscover.
I also have the option to create DNS entries myself. Mail and calendar are two different systems. What does your autodiscover look like?
Here is full autodiscover.
You need:
autodiscover.mydomain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml.php and there .htaccess with rewrite to autodiscover.xml
Some clients need XML file in specific format and this my PHP script is detect it.
I am using Baikal DAV server.
here is complet autosicover from my server and it is working with eM Client (desktop and iOS too).

Thanks!
I will test it tomorrow.
Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to resolve this using AutoDiscover yet. I have since found another email client for iOS that does add the invitation to my CalDAV calendar. But I prefer using eM Client. So it would be great if the iOS version allowed you to set up the correct CalDAV calendar for the email account, just like you can in the desktop version.
