second account connection problem

something happens to my second account connection settings. I do the diagnosis, there are errors, eM fixes the errors but no messages are never received and there is a red exclamation point showing beside the account name.

Please tell me what i’m doing wroing. Thanks.

Hello Martin, unfortunately I’m not completely sure what you’re referring to, if you’re experiencing any errors can you please make a screenshot of the error and submit it to us here on forum for more information about the issue?

What version of eM client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
