When i use the search function in eMClient it will not search within the email address.
For example if i wrote a mail to [email protected] and i search for “important” or “company” it will not show up.
Am i doing something wrong?

Are those messages downloaded locally? Search within email body is working only if that email is all in your computer and not only as a header.
go to tools - accounts - your account - IMAP tab and check “download messages for offline use” after synchronization it should work without problem.
