Hello,
The search engine doesn’t search the sent folder by doamain, only by full email address.How do I make it search not only by full email ?

Hi Edward, can you please tell me what kind of search criteria have you used while searching?
You should be able to search for domains using @domain.com or *@domain.com in your sent folder. But also remember to setup the search field to go through all folders or navigate to your sent folder while using the “current folder” setup.

Also make sure you’re searching for the sender’s email in the search setup.

It works only when I search using  *@domain.com

Hi Edward, what occurs if you try to search for the domain using *domain.com or @domain.com?
I’ve found out tha by using @domain.com without the wildcard you won’t be able to see all results for the domain, sorry for my mistake.

You have to keep using the ‘*’ wildcard in order to get all results.
