Hi have problem while searching emails. I have multiple account installed. When I search for an email I cannot find it even if I know there is.
Then if I scrollup and search it manually I find it.

It’s possible you do not have the correct folders (and fields) selected for the search.
Before you begin, click the down-arrow in the search box and choose the most inclusive options. It is also possible if you are using the server search option, that the server is not retuning the results, so untick that option.
In version 10 the folder selection is more visible. The other options are still in the down-arrow as with version 9.
