Like, 30 seconds slow. To search 4 inboxes with a total of c. 32,000 messages.

Mine is this slow as well, anything ever fix it for you?

I also encountered the same issue.

I’m likely going to choose a different email client. I’m on an M2 Macbook Pro with 96gb of memory, searching for an email on my SSD shouldn’t take 10 seconds plus.

Do you have the setting for downloading some email locally? I load about 3 months locally. The search is instantaneous for me. It’s under Settings > Accounts > (pick an account) > IMAP > Message sync time period.

Do you have server search enabled or disabled? Try to disable it (Use server search if available option under small arrow in the search bar).
