Sorry for all the red typing just want you to see it! The attached images show 3 of five emails resulting from a search. It’s an incomplete result. The communication history and attachment history show the correct result! How can it have the correct search result and wrong result in two different searches?

Try selecting “All Folders” in the dropdown on the far left of the search box and then on the far right of the search box “ click the dropdown arrow” and make sure you are selected on “Subject, Sender, Recipients, Body, Notes and Attachments”.
If you have already tried that, then try removing the selection “Use Server Search if available” and see if that makes any difference to your results.
