Since a couple of weeks I am not able to find any mails by using the searchfunction. Allthough I see the mails in the inbox and outbox, the searchfuntion finds nothing,
Who can advice me how to solve this problem?
Before you begin the search, select the most inclusive options. So all folders and fields.
Also, your server may not be returning anything, so untick the server search option, they try again.

Boy that is a bad design. Putting “send all” by “send”…
Really this should be clarified and noted in the search results. Instead you indicate that things might be due to downloading etc…
Please make this more obvious because it is EXTREMELY difficult to know if a search was complete or not. And this causes much anguish and nashing of teeth and hate for em.
Were you referring to the “Reply” and “Reply All” buttons beneath the Search bar? If so, you can change this as you see fit.
If you right-click on the toolbar area to bring up “Customize…” then you can add or remove buttons and you can, using the arrows on the right hand side, change the order of the buttons completely.
