My grandmother has a sbcglobal.net email that she has had for so long time. Two weeks ago she stop receiving emails for some reason. She was able to get them on her phone but not on her computer which is easier for her to access. Can someone please help us out?
If you can give us some more information about your grandmother’s setup it would help myself and others try to figure out the problem.

Any notifications from sbcglobal regarding changes they were making to email accounts?
