Why is “save copy of sent messages in sent folder” a program wide setting and not per account? This is a bit silly as one of my accounts does this automatically and the other doesn’t.

excuse me, but still if you compare the settings of e.g. mozilla thunderbird, that allows it - so to say it is technicaly not impossible.
and probably another topic - if using imap for some specific reasons - the using of imap specific folders setting were really appreciated.
for example - if you set on the server a specific structure, to maintain as well the way how it is defined on the server…
