I’m using eM Free Cliente 7 with a Exchange configuration.
When saving mails to harddrive, program blocks, not regularly.
Anybody with the same problem?
Need help, it starts to get boring…

What exactly do you mean by saving e-mails to hard drive? Do you mean using the Menu -> Message -> Download selected option? Using the Menu -> File -> Export option? Or saving the messages through 'Save As…" by right-clicking them? Are the messages already downloaded from the server? How many messages are you trying to save at the same time?

Using ctrl-s and only with attachments, both small and large.

Thank you for the info. When the application freezes again, could you download this tool http://www.emclient.com/tools/emstackdump.exe) and run it while it’s frozen? It will create a .txt file called “eM Client Stack date time”. Please send it to [email protected] and we will look into what is the issue.
