In the past I have saved emails from eMclient to various locations and the file name was formatted as “YYYY-MM-DD HH-MM-SS Email Subject” Just installed Version 8.0.2951 (e2fe9f0) which omits the date-time stamp from the file name. Is there a way I can get it to do the file name the old way?

Select and position your choice.

Not a solution to my issue. The file>save as result still lacks the date-time stamp on the saved file. Note that the date-time stamp is applied to the file names when more than one email is saved.
I can confirm this with eM Client 10.4.5326 running on macOS 26.5 Beta:
File → Save for a single email does NOT have the leading date-time stamp,
File → Save for more than one email does!
I’d see the leading date-time stamp as a very useful feature.
